Coronavirus – Adapting to Change Through Gratefulness

Coronavirus - Adapting to Change Through Gratefulness

A lot is going on in the world today around the Coronavirus.

We are seeing people panic, overstock groceries, and other household needs. We are seeing the world around us shut down. There are public curfews, schools are closed, people are being asked to not go in public, and some are being asked to work from home.

Changes in Our Lives Are Inevitable

I don’t want to focus on the problems around the Coronavirus. I want to focus on things that we can be grateful for.

Changes in our lives are inevitable, and there will be times where we have to adapt to change, even though we don’t necessarily want to.

One of the ways we can adapt to change instead of going into a panic mode is to look for things we can be grateful for and give our minds a sense of peace instead of worry.

What I’m Grateful For

Are you consumed by fear of the Coronavirus? Are you worried and feeling panicked?

I am the type of person who tends to worry about everything, and can sometimes get consumed by the problem, but I have made a decision to look for what I can be thankful for.

  1. I am getting more time with my kids.
  2. I am learning how to structure my business around my children in case something happens to keep them out of school for a really long. Of time.

What is your community doing to help because of the Coronavirus? Restaurants and churches in my community are helping families with kids out of school by serving lunches for free.
